The short version. Atlas has not launched yet. Joining the waitlist reserves your place and nothing more — there is no service to use, nobody to match with, and nothing to pay.
You must be 18. Referral rewards are promotional and may change before launch. Be honest about who you are, and we will do the same.
These terms are an agreement between you and Atlas ("Atlas", "we", "us") covering your use of atlasinternationalpassport.com, the waitlist, and any account you create before launch. By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not sign up.
Atlas is operated by its founders from the United States and is not yet incorporated. These terms will be updated with the registered company name once it is.
Atlas is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or create an account, and you confirm your age when you sign up. If we find that you are under 18, we will delete your account and your information without notice.
Atlas is in development. At present the site does three things: it explains what we intend to build, it records your interest, and it lets you create an account so you can be invited early.
There is no matching, no messaging, and no membership yet. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide a service today, and we make no promise about when — or whether — Atlas will launch. Features described on the site are our intentions, not commitments, and they may change.
If you create an account, give us information that is accurate and keep it current. Choose a password you do not use elsewhere, and keep it to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@atlasinternationalpassport.com if you believe someone else has access to it.
One account per person. Accounts are personal to you and cannot be transferred or sold.
Every waitlist member gets a referral link. When someone joins through your link and confirms their email address, it counts as one referral. The rewards published on our site are granted at the referral counts stated there.
The rules that keep it fair:
Do not use this site to break the law, impersonate someone else, sign up on another person's behalf without their permission, harvest other people's information, send spam, or attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Do not use Atlas in connection with human trafficking, forced marriage, fraud, or the exploitation of any person. We report credible suspicions of these to the authorities.
We do not promise that you will be matched, that you will meet anyone, or that any relationship will result. Atlas is a service for making introductions; what happens between people is between them.
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Atlas and its founders are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to this site before launch is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), which reflects that the service is currently free.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The Atlas name, the site's text, design, and graphics belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them commercially without our written permission. You keep ownership of anything you give us, and you grant us permission to use it as needed to operate Atlas and provide the service.
You can leave at any time by emailing support@atlasinternationalpassport.com. We will delete your waitlist entry and any account.
We may suspend or remove your account if you break these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, or if we believe your conduct puts other members at risk. Where it is practical and appropriate, we will tell you why.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. If you live outside the United States, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection law of your own country, which these terms do not remove.
We will update these terms as Atlas develops, particularly once membership, payment, and matching exist. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and email the waitlist. Continuing to use Atlas after a change means you accept the revised terms.
